How to use Sensi-bility Farm OS

📷 How to save your profile photo

  1. Open Me (web app) or the Android app → Me.
  2. Under 1 · Add your photo, take a clear face selfie (good light, face centred, no sunglasses).
  3. Tap Save selfie (step 1). Wait for “Selfie 1 saved…”.
  4. Take a second selfie and tap Save again to confirm. The checklist should show Photo confirmed.

How photo verification works

BusinesSite uses a two-step face enroll:

  • Step 1 — first selfie is stored as a pending reference (not fully confirmed yet).
  • Step 2 — second selfie is compared to the first. If they match, the face is confirmed.
  • Later unlocks (QR / photo login) compare a live selfie to the confirmed photo only.
  • If a live photo does not match, support can open an Access request, compare photos, and grant access.
  • You can also tap Ask support to authenticate me on Me for voice/text help.

Tips: same lighting for both enroll selfies; hold the phone steady; keep the whole face in frame.

🚀 After you join — start here (every role)

  1. Join at /sensi/register (name + phone + role). Details come later.
  2. You land in the app shell: Home · Feed · Chat · Market · Me (/sensi/m).
  3. On Me: save photo (2 steps) → fill Identity & residence → download Android APK / QR when ready.
  4. Use Chat for commands, or open BusinesSite chat for live support.

🎭 Guides by role — where to start

🌾 Farmer / Producer

Start: Me → Identity → Home · Farm onboard (one or more farms) → Fields → Seed lots → Plantings → Harvest → Lots & QR → Market.

  1. Open Farm onboard from Home — register each farm (name, address, GPS zones, aerial map).
  2. Attach tenure (title deed / lease / PTO), soil test, and water docs; note borehole, irrigation, power, fencing.
  3. Add fields (type: outdoor, net, tunnel, greenhouse… · barrier · GPS), then neighbourhood, security, infrastructure, and equipment.
  4. Record Seed / input lots, Plantings, then Harvest → lot + QR.
  5. Share Lots & QR / origin link; list on Market; settle via eyesWallet / PayFast.
  6. Hemp / nsango growers: pick those commodities; use Compliance partners for labs & permits.

Chat: log crop tomato 50kg @ R15 · list produce · my orders · find compliance

🛒 Buyer / Consumer

Start: Market → open listing → order / negotiate → wallet or PayFast → track Orders.

  1. Browse Market; filter by produce.
  2. Post Demand if you need volume by a date.
  3. Check lot origin / QR when the seller shares it.
  4. Pay with eyesWallet or PayFast; follow delivery / logistics quotes.

🏭 Agro-processor

Start: Market / Demand → contract farmers → receive lots → process → re-list value-added stock.

  1. Source bulk via Market or post Demand.
  2. Ask sellers for lot codes / origin pages for inbound QC.
  3. Use Compliance partners for food-safety / HACCP as needed.

📦 Input supplier

Start: Complete Me identity → list seed/feed/equipment on Market → respond to farmer Demand.

  1. Publish input listings with clear lot/batch numbers farmers can record.
  2. For hemp/nsango genetics, align with Compliance licences.

🚚 Logistics

Start: Join as logistics → complete capacity profile → quote on POs → deliver.

  1. Open Logistics hub; keep coverage & cold-chain current.
  2. Respond to quote requests from Orders.

📚 Extension

Start: Join as extension → publish advisory profile → help farmers at each growth stage.

  1. Appear in Find professionals (app) and chat find extension.
  2. Use Feed / Chat for tips; point farmers to Fields → Harvest → Lots.

✅ Compliance

Start: Join as Compliance → complete service profile (crop safety, audits, hemp/nsango chain) → appear on /sensi/compliance.

  1. Set service types (GAP, HACCP, THC lab, licences…) and chain stages.
  2. Farmers find you via Find professionals or find compliance / find hemp.

💬 Text chat

In the app shell open Chat, or BusinesSite chat:

Type what you need in plain language, or use commands below. Say your phone number if you are not signed in.

🎙️ Voice

Web chat: tap the mic to start, tap again to stop and send (not hold-to-record).

Android app: hold to record, release to send.

Support can listen, transcribe, and reply. On Me, use Ask support to authenticate me for unlock help.

📹 Video / live assist

Ask in chat: call support or “please video call me”. Agents can join a voice/video Assist session, speak in your language, and guide you through screens (navigate / highlight) while you watch.

You will be asked for recording / screen-consent before an agent drives the view.

On Me → Ask support to authenticate me notifies the desk with your name, phone, role and photo request.
